Yoga instructor Carrie Schumacher will lead this restorative aerial yoga class. Our soft yoga silks and secure rigging system supports your body completely, allowing you to enjoy slow, mindful, deep stretches that you never thought possible! Come open your heart, chest and hips in a safe and supported setting. All yoga props will be provided. Limit: 8 participants per class. Adults and children 8 and up. No yoga experience necessary.
