Yoga for Relaxation with Sarah Oleson

Sarah will lead us through a series of gentle, deeply relaxing poses in this restorative yoga session. If you think you can't do yoga, this is the yoga for you!!! You will need a yoga matt (or blankets), a few pillows, and a blanket to cover yourself. No experience necessary! Restorative yoga is all about letting go of tension and getting really comfortable in each pose, so you will spend a few minutes in each one, allowing your body to slowly relax. Restorative yoga can be very helpful for anxiety, stress, depression, sore joints, and headaches. Registration is not required.
