Join Meditation and Yoga Therapist Ann Biese from Lucy’s Love Bus along with Child Life Specialist Jeanne Hampton for a monthly virtual Teen Cancer Support group on the last Monday of every month at 4:30 pm. This online group will share ways to develop and integrate mindfulness skills that can help reduce stress and improve mental health. Teens will have the opportunity to discuss and share with one another in a safe, positive and trauma sensitive environment.
