Virtual Monthly Mindfulness for Teens

This group is a safe, supportive space for teens impacted by cancer. Explore mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and build resilience. Activities include guided meditation, mindful breathing exercises, reflective journaling, discussions on applying mindfulness to daily life and more. Jeanne Hampton and Ann Biese lead the Love Bus Teen Virtual Mindfulness Group, providing a supportive space for teens impacted by cancer. Jeanne, a Child Life Specialist, fosters meaningful discussions and creative expression, while Ann, a Mindfulness Educator, teaches breathing, meditation, and movement for stress relief.
